Engineered silence for your home
Expert residential soundproofing for Greater Miami. We target the true structural causes of noise—whether it’s heavy traffic, shared condo walls, or impact footsteps— using advanced building science to engineer total privacy.
Misinformation is loud. Building science is louder.
Most homeowners don’t know about flanking paths or STC ratings until they’ve already wasted money on acoustic panels that don’t block noise. We replace guesswork with architectural precision. At Inaudible, we assess, advise, and build smart, multi-layered custom assemblies designed to permanently halt noise transfer in your specific residence.
Every Noise requires a specific assembly
Footsteps from the condo above behave entirely different than street noise. Professionals don’t guess. We target the source.
Mass & Barrier Layers (Airborne Noise)
To stop airborne sound like voices, loud music, or Miami traffic, we introduce specialize high-density mass layers that forcibly block transmission through walls and ceilings.
Vibration Decoupling (Impact Noise)
To stop structure-borne vibrations, like heavy footsteps, or mechanical humming, we physically disconnect your walls and ceilings from the building’s framework using engineered isolation systems.
Sound Absorption (Echo & Reverb)
To treat harsh, echoey rooms or dedicated home theaters, we deploy strategic porous materials that absorb mid-to-high frequency soundwaves, enhancing the internal acoustics of your space.
What do acoustical ratings actually mean?
Acoustical ratings provide the data we use to engineer your privacy.
Sound Transmission Class (STC)
Measures how well an assembly blocks airborne sound (voices, TVs). A higher STC means superior sound-blocking resistance.
Impact Insulation Class (IIC)
Measures a floor-ceiling assembly’s ability to block impact noise (footsteps, dropped objects). Higher IIC values mean a quieter ceiling for you.
Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC)
Rates how well a material absorbs internal echo within a room. (0.0 is no absorption, 1.0 is total absorption).
Pro tip: A high NRC acoustic panel won’t stop your neighbours noise — but it will make your own home office sound pristine.
